Processing of orders

All Tomahawk Films items are quoted at a shipping- included price and are held in stock at our Winchester Mail-Order Office. We try to have all received orders despatched within one working week of receiving order.

Returns

If you unfortunately receive a faulty product you may return it for a replacement or full refund. Any other requested returns must be discussed with Tomahawk Films and will be considered only if the product(s) remain unopened in their factory issue wrapping. If a product return is agreed by Tomahawk Films for any other reason than damage or non-play, your refund will include the full value of the order excluding the cost of shipping from us to you. Tomahawk Films will not accept non-play returns if a product's box or outer polywrap seal has been opened, torn or damaged.
